Working closely with the Worshipful Company of Builders’ Merchants to engage and inform 14-17 year olds of the vast career opportunities in the construction sector, we created a vibrant, hand drawn style stand and leaflet that would appeal to this audience and help increase awareness.

Encouraging students to “Build a career without limits” in this way was a significant development for the WCoBM in terms of approach and design, helping the organisation move away from the rigid, formal style of previous marketing material to a more colourful, relatable and contemporary design suited more to a younger age group.

The campaign has since developed to include a new video and GIFs, which will be promoted widely in PR and social media.
