Mike Rigby

Mike's vision when he founded MRA Marketing was to bring new insight and direction to the building materials, construction and home improvements sector.

Thirty years on and Mike’s focus is as strong as ever. He continues to use his extensive experience and expertise to lead the MRA team, inspiring them to innovate, invigorate and transform the sector. With a solid background in both consumer and trade markets, including 10 years in marketing and research at Dulux paints, time as head of marketing at a national builder’s merchant and as marketing director of a national home improvement company, Mike’s knowledge is unrivalled. He instinctively understands the challenges facing the construction and home-improvement industries, is quick to spot the opportunities and is always ready with a solution.

Phil Boyland

Managing Director (Designate)

Phil joined MRA Marketing in June 2021. He heads up the team and brings with him extensive experience in strategic, brand and digital marketing borne of 17 years in the industry.

Having worked in the automotive industry on a global and national stage in both B2B and B2C arenas, Phil prides himself taking an integrated approach to projects and combining channels to produce innovative and exciting solutions and the best possible results to complex marketing challenges.

Outside of work, Phil has recently taken up wall climbing with his two young children.

Lucia Di Stazio

Lucia joined MRA Marketing in 1997 and was appointed as a Director of the business in 2006 having spent almost 10 years working for our sister company, Rigby Research.

Lucia’s considerable experience in research and in-depth knowledge of the home improvement markets helps to ensure our creative output always remains market focused and results driven.
