MRA Marketing grows its own

MRA Marketing has taken the decision to ‘grow its own’ future stars, recruiting Matt Ralph as its first Marketing Assistant. Matt is starting on an intensive one year fast-track training programme.

“As our agency expands, so does our need for experienced and motivated staff to drive forward our business,” reports Director, Lucia Di Stazio. “We recruit at all levels, but we like to grow our own, so we train and develop talented people from the ground up. This new role will give Matt an opportunity to work in a number of areas from PR, digital and social media, to video and website development across a number of client accounts.”

Matt studied Modern Languages with Business at university. As part of his degree, he studied modules in Marketing and his previous experience in the hospitality and event-coordinating industries has given Matt a broad range of skills. “This role will be an excellent opportunity for Matt to gain industry knowledge and learn more about marketing to become a valued member of the MRA team,” adds Lucia.

Matt says: “I’m really excited to start in my new role, especially as MRA is an award-winning agency. I’m looking forward to learning new skills and gaining industry experience. MRA works with blue-chip customers who are strong believers in marketing. They are growing fast and changing their markets, so it’s an exciting place to be. Everyone at MRA is very helpful and has made me feel welcome in the team”.
