MRA Marketing is a multi-award winning, strategic PR, marketing & creative agency. We need a Marketing Assistant to support our growing team. Are you a graduate looking to develop your skills and experience in a marketing environment?
You will assist our PR team in:
Customer stories
Press cuttings
Media and advertising schedules
Sending PR to press
Liaising with the media and editors
Co-ordinating, planning and sending out direct mail, incl. checking mailing lists
Supporting customers’ social media eg Twitter, blogs, LinkedIn
Preparing for trade shows
Preparing for customer meetings
General marketing administration and answering the phone
Key requirements:
Strong team player with a positive attitude to new tasks and experiences
Good organisation and initiative
Ability to multi-task, and work accurately under pressure to tight deadlines
Computer literate in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with Social Media
Literate and articulate with strong communication skills
Good telephone manner and confident with customers and editors
Able to travel to customer meetings and industry events as required; own transport is essential.
Confident at industry and networking events
