Customer Announcement – Covid-19 update

 In line with new Government advice, our team is implementing homeworking while maintaining a service level that is as close as possible to ‘business as usual’.

We’ve invested in infrastructure changes across the business so everyone in the team can work from home, while accessing the office if required. If the technology works as promised, you won’t notice the difference!

Our commitment to helping our customers grow is unchanged, and we’ll continue to work closely with you and your team to ensure your programme is not affected. You can call and email us in the usual way.

In order to safeguard the wellbeing of customers and staff, MRA is putting a pause on face-to-face meetings, as many customers are also doing. We’ll review the situation in line with new Government advice but for now, we’re changing scheduled customer meetings to conference calls, skype meetings or to an alternative platform that suits you, so we can progress key actions, as we normally do at face-to-face review meetings. Without time spent travelling, we will have time for more regular catch-ups with you!

Covid-19 is disrupting everything and is a challenge for us all. We all need to find ways and new opportunities to continue functioning as a business and delivering for customers and staff. We will keep you updated with any changes as the situation develops.
